I am sure that you already heard her on Radio Monaco in the morning and maybe you still did not have a face to match with this voice who is able to boost you to start the day. We are talking about Ambre Quelin.
This radio journalist of 25 years of age grew up in the Alpes-de-haute-Provence. One finalized her baccalaureate; it is in Nice that she follows up with a formation in sport journalism. Then, passionate by the Radio world, she decides to complete her courses with another Radio formation in Paris. It’s with Jean-Jaques Bourdin that she makes her trials at RMC during an internship and realize her calling for Radio animation. She applies at the Studio Ecole de France and learn about all the secrets of this job. (by classifying 2nd of her promo) .
Her private life brings her to the south where she gets known in Radio Monaco during an internship and at RTL with Philippe Bouvard, with whom she will work for one-year period. I forgot to tell you that Ambre is also a big lover of the Principality, so when in 2018 Radio Monaco calls her back for al collaboration, she does not hesitate one second. She becomes responsible of the radio’s social media and hosts the morning emission along with Alexandre Taylor.
Since then she pursued her path: since the 2nd of Septemebr, she is leading the morning emission, “le morning made in Monte-Carlo” from 6am till 9am, that she hosts with Jean-Christophe Sanchez. For her “just those who do nothing do not make mistakes” and that makes her carry on. Ambre Quelin emission talks about live traffic situation, news, weather, sports, musical and cultural activities, interviews and many more. Her dynamism puts a smile on everyone faces. A really promising career start.

Your address “well-being”: Spa le Tigre at the Monte-Carlo beach. A tonifying, fairy fingered massage of an hour and a private yoga class with Mia Jacob, a real moment of interior well-being. I wake up at 4am in the morning every day, I need to clear up my head the more often possible, it is there that I found what I needed.
Your address “Chill Miam Miam” : Les perles de Monte-Carlo on the port of Fontvieille. In spring when weather is not too hot it the perfect place and timing for a fresh and fast lunch, with friends, family or on a date! Placed on wood table just next to the sea tasting some fresh seafood..a delicious moment!
Your address for a professional lunch: The Michelangelo on the port of Fontvieille. I have discovered this place exactly for a professional lunch about 6 month ago. Since, I am having there all my professional lunches. A very good Italian cuisine, polite staff and fast service never bothered during a discussion, the essentials for this kind of meeting.
Your address Shoppi Shopping: “Subtil…” it’s a new store that just opend in the Fontvieille carrefour mall. There we can find maxi colourful or sober dresses, light wearing, jumpers, shorts, trousers, modern or ethnic. A French brand with some handmade pieces. There is also some accessories like jewellery or interior decoration! I tried not to stay there for hours.
Your interior design address: I love flowers in a house! I find that it dresses the house up in very gentle way and always different depending on taste and season. I take my plants from Roni Rue Princess Caroline.
Your cultural address : When it is open, the Royal palace: There we visit, big apartments, living area spaces, galleries and the throne room. The paintings are superb! It is a magical place and fill up with history. I call it the Versailles of the rock. With the guided visit, we learn all the secrets of this palace.
Your address to have a coffee: Café de Paris, Casino square. Sometimes I enjoy sitting in the terrace and drink their American coffee. In the meantime, I admire the casino, the gardens, cars and I make some phone calls too…But be careful first raw mandatory. An incredible place of the Principality.
Your address to admire Monaco view: I am in love with the principality. To me one of the most beautiful view is from the Palace square. On the left there is Fontvieille, on the right Port Hercule and the Casino. I cannot get enough.
The hotel decoration you like the most: Montecarlo Bay. The interior is modern and warming, we go through different atmosphere but always feeling good.
A little gateaway out of the town: My family own a piece of land in Antibes. I have to admit that a wal on the Cap d’Antibes does me good and gives me energies. When I am not in Monaco or Antibes, I go at 2 hours and half from here where I grew up. I find my loved ones on the Alpes de Haute Provence, in the Durance valley. Being with family, friends, fresh air, green and tranquillity, means a 100% relax gate away.
