I rediscovered this hotel recently. I already loved it and its renovation sublimated the place. The Columbus Hotel! I remember I invited candidates when I was HR for a Family Office located in the perimeter. Their lounge was and is ideal for appointments, to work alone or to have a coffee. So I’m happy to talk about it today and I can tell you that lots of things are going on!
First of all, their table: “Tavolo” – the chef, Vincent Heurtebise, proposes a menu where Mediterranean flavors are put in the spotlight. All the dishes on the menu are made with fresh and seasonal products and there are also daily specials and specials of the day. All in an atmosphere of relaxation and conviviality and a deco riviera super cozy. Little extras: The beautiful terrace in front of the Rose Garden Princess Grace and the possibility of privatizing the place at night. Since September 30th there is a new map to discover and yes Tavolo follows the seasons! We love this GREEN GREEN spirit! Also on Fridays, in addition to the usual menu, TAVOLO offers Fish & Chips menus. The restaurant thus renews with a long-standing tradition at the Columbus Monte-Carlo.Open for breakfast (6.30am to 10.30am) and lunch (12pm to 2.30pm)
Their cocktail Bar: I must tell you that I still have the memory of an extraordinary Pina Colada and yet it’s been ages! The decoration is design and refined, all in a cozy atmosphere. You will find a wide choice of alcoholic cocktails or not and a snack menu from 15H to 23H30. To celebrate the Oktoberfest, the Columbus will be in tune until October 11 and you can enjoy three beers for a flat rate of € 15. Proost! The bar also revives from October 17 with Ladies Night that I knew at the time! So on Thursday, special evening for girls! For each cocktail purchased, a second is offered (every Thursday from 17:30 to 21:00.). And for Happy Hour fans, every day from Saturday to Wednesday between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm, 50% off a selection of beers, spirits and wines (from October 17th)! Every Thursday and Friday night is Live Music at the bar! Free entry !
