Tomorrow is the last day of 2018 and for me it is a day that will be speed because I organize the eve at home! No time to stroll, everything is timed! Oysters and prawns at les Perles de Monaco, the fish at U Luvassu fish shop, … and I ‘ve got a long list. A little surprise awaits my guests at the aperitif: I found a box of French caviar made in Périgord,Caviar de l’Isle . We will feast ! It remains to think about the table decoration … fortunately I always have in mind the tips of Catarina Reviglio Sonnino  that I interviewed last year and who tells us all about the table decoration in her book “The Atmospheres de Madame est servie”. The one tip I prefer is “every object can be hijacked”.

Last year I also organized a dinner, it was 100% Monegasque! I keep a very good memory of it: it is HERE  if you wish to consult it.

This end of the year is also the time of the assessment. 2018. A little perspective to take stock. This year Juliette lost her first tooth and Andrea learned to swim. I recently met Jelena Djokovic who lives in the Principality and who has just posted her blog where she writes her thoughts and shares what she reads and learns. Her quest is to find the answer to a simple question “How to lead a healthy life with a purpose?”. I let you discover it !
