I had heard about the 39 in some conversations but I had not had the opportunity to know more.  It’s Manu, my hairdresser, who spoke again about it and who invited me to discover it through his friend Fabien. It was a Thursday night. On Thursday nights, this very exclusive sports club invites non-members to enjoy the restaurant and its terrace!

For the opportunity, I was able to visit the 800m² of the fitness gym, the must, for professional sportsmen (half of their members)! Everything is planned: high end professional equipment, personalized coaching with experts, pilates sessions, yoga, spinning with reduced class. An incredible support in a good-natured and “low profile” atmosphere.

The visit continued with the discovery of the Beauty space which includes a hairdressing and care treatments salon. Moreover they are both open to the non-members and their colorer Kevin, the person in charge, is at the top.

I forgot to tell you that the deco is just beautiful: elegant, sober, a mix of wood and ultra chic marble, a light at the entrance inspired by the wedding bouquet of Princess Grace, contemporary paintings. It is a realization of the London-based design agency Morpheus. In brief, I adored.

The dinner on the terrace:

– trendy and relaxed atmosphere,

– restaurant menu with all my favorites to such a point that we were a group and tested the entire menu! From sashimis to fish tartares via mini burgers, a delight at very moderate prices. The whome accompanied with the one “bonnissimo Rioja! A dinner “de la puta madre” as say spanish people! Olé! The Chef David Knapp, with that incredible talent, comes from New Zealand. Ha has been trained at Gordon Ramsey and Gary Rhodes in England.

At 39, Thursdays are allowed, so do not be deprived! A club to discover, without a doubt.
