It was the 18th of June when this tip of paradise opened its door to the Principality and we instantly showed our interest and went check! When I say “we”, I mean my friend Florence and I! It is not the first time we experience a new place in the Principality, and it is not the first that we have the same verdict on it! Conquered at 100% !

The Place : It is under the arcades of Place d’Armes that EOLA installed itself. It’s under these same arcades that some tables took their place. On the inside, the decoration dominated by the green and white is in tune with the times. Working plan in white marble, trees and plants, bamboo suspensions, rattan chairs and black iron made furniture. In the background of the restaurant, a cute quote shines on the wall “love wins out”. Too cute! An incredible attention to details: from the crockery to the menu, in which, they chose humour to explain the “house rules” and give us their favourite addresses.  

The Dish :Delicious! Full of freshness! From Poke-bowls to toasts through juices. I tried the “THONTHON FLINGUERS”, a fresh red tuna poke-bowl with avocado, pickles, edamame, wakame salad and mango: the best id that we choose the base of the poke (rice, quinoa or salad) and the sauce that comes with (eola, spicy, mayonnaise, soja or nuts). I also tried “sexy green”, an avocado toast, feta and cherry tomatoes. A pleasure for the mouth! I invite you to go taste their fresh pressed juices, served with pasta straws! A good allternative to plastic! An healthy menu from A to Z!

Approved!!! Good Job!!!

The Price : Average poke-bowl 13/14 euros. Toasts 10 euros. Juices 5.50 euros.
