I was waiting for this new area. The work began when I moved more than 4 years ago and ‘phew’ it’s over (well, almost there are still some small finishes)! And that seems wothwhile ! I finally wandered there and wow! J’ADORE! Fluid and aerial lines, monumental glazing, vegetated façades and tree-lined streets, that’s what I saw when I strolled in the new Princess Charlene Promenade just a stone’s throw from Place du Casino. This ultra-modern area combines high-end residences, shopping, gastronomy, culture and business. It hosts 37 apartments, 24 luxury shops and 9 office floors. In 10 days, Chef Marcel Ravin will open a luxury snack, the Mada One: both a coffee, a bistro and a pastry (but that I’ll talk about it after testing :-)). In the spring (ie tomorrow) there will also be a conference and event center that will be born! For all fashionistas ONE-MONTECARLO is the haven of fashion! You will find the great luxury brands: Akris, Balenciaga, Boucheron, Celine, Chanel, Fendi, Fred, Giancito Rossi, Lanvin, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Ralph & Russo, Saint Laurent, …

What I appreciate above all this is the reopening of the avenue des Beaux-Arts, the one that connects the Hermitage hotel to the Hotel de Paris and where Dior, Piaget, Alexander McQueen, Bulgari, Prada and Cartier settled … had missed so much!
